Womentum CIC

Kala Arts CIC was proud to partner with Womentum CIC to deliver a series of Empowerment Sessions for young women at Wesley Hall.

Meeting weekly, the group explored practical strategies and techniques to support a healthier mindset and a more confident approach to life’s challenges. Each session offered a safe, creative space for reflection, expression, and connection.

Led by Sim, artist and founder of Kala Arts CIC, the young women were guided through a journey of self-discovery — using symbols and motifs to represent identity on canvas and decorating memory jars to hold those special moments that shape who we are.

A truly meaningful project filled with art, conversation, and the power of community and self-belief.
