Partnerships and Community Engagement

Creative Connections

Our collaborative work has spanned a remarkable range of partnerships across Leicester and beyond. We have worked closely with Leicester City Council, delivering impactful community workshops alongside key cultural venues including Riverside, LCB Depot, and Leicester Museums and Galleries as part of our CQE delivery.

Our two-year partnership with Leicester City Council and Leicester Museums and Galleries has continued to combat exclusion through sustained, meaningful engagement. At Phoenix Cinema, we have maintained ongoing community workshops as part of our CQE programming, while De Montfort University has hosted our Talent 25 Workshop delivery, and we supported the Chinese Film Festival at DMU through workshop facilitation.

Our work with Alice Hawkins through the HAF Scheme brought creative workshops to young people during October half term 2025 and February half term 2026, and climate awareness workshops in schools for Artreach culminated in artwork exhibited at the RE/Action Festival in the city centre, celebrating young people's voices on environmental issues.

Supporting Leicester’s Communities

Further highlights include collaborations with 2FunkyArts NPO, OPAL 22, workshop delivery at the Bring the Paint Graffiti Festival with Graffwerks, empowerment-focused sessions with Womentum CIC, and an International Women's Day workshop at Wesley Hall.

We have facilitated private alternative provision SEND art sessions, ensuring that access to creative practice reaches those who need it most. Our partnership with Leicester and Rutland Wildlife Trust has grown into a longer-term community engagement programme, we have delivered an eight-week climate awareness and arts programme with Zamzam Unlimited, and forward-thinking workshops on sustainability for New Media Art Club's COMPUTALA digital art season.
