Kala Arts CIC explored the powerful theme of Identity through creative workshops at Opal 22’s Culture Clash Celebration.

Community members were invited to reflect on the question “Who are you?” — and express their identity through art. From drawing and collage to storytelling and symbol-making, participants explored what makes them them, beyond the boxes and labels.

It was a beautiful opportunity to celebrate the rich diversity of Leicester — a proud global majority city — and to connect through shared stories, culture, and creativity.
